Pasta with Red Cabbage, Mushrooms and Minced Beef

Ingredients: pasta, salt, 1 onion, 300 grams minced beef, 250 grams mushrooms, chili powder, cloves, 1 jar red cabbage with apples (330 grams),

Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 1 chopped onion until soft. Add 300 grams minced beef. Fry the minced beef brown and loose. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are tender. Season with chili powder and cloves. Add 1 jar red cabbage with apples. Stir well. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat until done. Serve with pasta. Enjoy!

Cook the rice according pack instructions and leave it to cool. Bake 250 gram diced bacon with 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves and 2 teaspoons chili jam until the onion is soft. Add 1 sliced leek and cook briefly. Add the spices (coriander, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg), stir a while. Add rice and cook, stirring well. If necessary, add sweet soy sauce to your own taste. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, 2 onions, 500 grams minced beef, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard, salt, pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, cloves, nutmeg, chili powder, 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs,
Number of frikandellen: 10
Cut 1 chicken breast with 2 onions finely in a food processor. Add to the food processor 500 grams minced beef, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard, salt, pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, cloves, nutmeg, chili powder and 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs, mix for a while. Put it in a bowl. Cover it and put it in the refrigerator for at least a few hours. Cut a disposable piping bag open so that you have exactly the diameter of a frikandel. Put the minced beef into the piping bag and make the frikandellen. Place the frikandellen in hot water, leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then remove them with a slotted spoon. Let the frikandellen cool. Bake frikandellen in the fryer (if you have one) or like me in a frying pan with a thick layer of oil to the frikandels brown. We had fries from the Actifry and a salad with it. Enjoy!

Make a marinade of 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup and 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce. Marinate 2 diced chicken breast in it. Marinate it overnight. You can grill the chicken satay in a grill or barbcue. Enjoy!
