Penne with Broccoli, Ham and Tomato Sauce

Number of persons: 2

Cook the penne in boiling salted water. Fry in hot oil 100 grams thinly sliced ham until brown. Add 1 finely chopped garlic clove and stir fry until it has an fragrance. Add 300 grams broccoli cut in florets and stir-fry a few minutes. Finally, add 1 can of tomato puree and 400 ml stock and allow to simmer 15 minutes on medium heat so the broccoli can be cooked. Tagliatelle with Minced Beef and Carrots
Ingredients: tagliatelle, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 250 grams minced beef, 1 jar (340 g) carrots, 1 can (400 ml) diced tomatoes, 200 ml stock, grated cheese,

Cook the tagliatelle al dente in boiling salted water. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams minced beef and fry it brown and loose. Add 1 jar drained carrots, 1 can diced tomatoes and 200 ml stock. Bring all to boil briefly and let it simmer for about 10 minutes on medium heat. Serve with tagliatelle and grated cheese. Enjoy!

Spaghetti Carbonara
Ingredients: spaghetti, 200 grams diced bacon, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, thyme, dash of white wine, 3 egg yolks, 125 ml cream, salt, pepper, 75 grams grated cheese,

Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 200 grams diced bacon crispy. Spoon the diced bacon from the pan and keep aside. Bake in the remaining fat 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft and golden brown. Add a splash of white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Meanwhile prepare the sauce with 3 egg yolks, 125 ml cream, salt, pepper and 75 grams grated cheese. Drain the spaghetti, add the onion, diced bacon and sauce and stir well. Serve with extra grated cheese. Enjoy!

Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion until it is golden brown. Add 150 grams minced beef and cook until it is brown and loose. Then add 1 jar drained beans, 100 ml stock and 250 grams mascarpone. Let the mascarpone melt. Warm all well. Serve with spaghetti and grated cheese. Enjoy!

Savory Pie with Leek and Mushrooms
Ingredients: 6 puff pastry sheets, 1 leek, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 250 grams mushrooms, 150 grams diced ham, kebab spices, 3 eggs, 125 ml cream, salt, pepper, grated cheese,

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Thaw 6 puff pastry sheets. Fry 1 sliced leek with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, thyme and 150 grams diced ham about 2 minutes. Add 250 grams mushrooms and season with the kebab spices. Stir fry until the mushrooms have softened. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl with 125 ml cream. Season with salt pepper. Put in a small greased ovenproof dishes each a puff pastry sheet. Spoon the mushroom mixture in and then pour the egg mixture in. Sprinkle with grated cheese as the last. Place the ovenproof dishes about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Chicken Breast with Tagliatelle and Tomato Sauce
Ingredients: tagliatelle, 2 chicken breasts, salt, pepper, chicken spices, onion powder, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 75 ml red wine, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 cube chicken stock, chives, grated cheese,

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water until al dente. Make 2 chicken breasts flat with a rolling pin. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder and chicken spices. Bake the chicken breasts to brown on both sides in hot butter. Remove the chicken breasts from the pan and keep aside. Bake in the remaining butter 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Extinguish with 75 ml of red wine. Let the alcohol evaporate. Add 1 can diced tomatoes with 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 crumbled chicken stock cube and chives. Stir and bring just to boil. Put the chicken back in pan and sprinkle grated cheese over the chicken. Put the lid on the pan and leave it 10 minutes on low heat until done. Serve the chicken with tagliatelle and tomato sauce. Enjoy!

Drain the spaghetti, and stir through the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Enjoy!
