Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Fry in hot oil 1/4 finely chopped chilli pepper, 1 chopped shallot and ginger powder until it has a fragrance. Cook the noodles according to pack instructions. Mix 50 ml chicken stock with 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon sugar. Keep it aside. Fry in hot oil 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli jam until the garlic has a fragance. Add 1 diced chicken and fry it brown. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Bake in hot oil 2 diced chicken breasts brown. Add 1 chopped garlic clove and 1 chopped red pepper. Bake 5 minutes. Add 50 grams sliced mushrooms and 2 sliced spring onions. Bake until the mushrooms have softened. Add 100 ml chicken stock, 250 ml cream and 3 tablespoons of peanut butter. Let the sauce boil on medium heat. Add at last a handful of cashew nuts. Serve with rice. Enjoy!

Cut 2 pork escalopes in slices and marinate in a marinade of 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sugar. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
