Put in food processor 1/4 onion, 1 tablespoon cooked beetroot and 2 teaspoons capers and chop it finely. Mix 300 grams minced beef with the onion and red beet mixture, 1 egg and breadcrumbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Shape into four burgers. Bake in hot butter until the burgers are done. Serve with green beans with onion, beetroot and potatoes. Enjoy!

Chop 2 steaks of fine quality with a knife (not in the food processor). Mix 1 farm-fresh egg yolk with 3 chopped gherkins, 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, 1/2 tablespoon chopped capers, 1/4 finely chopped onion, 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon mustard and a few drops of tabasco. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Mix it with the chopped steak and turn it into 2 ‘burgers’. Let the steak tartare set in the refrigerator. Serve the steak tartare with a salad and potatoes. Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion until it is tender. Add 1 green and 1 yellow bell pepper sliced, and fry over high heat for about a minute. Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and season with salt. Reduce the heat and leave it for about fifteen minutes with the lid on the pan on low heat to simmer. Add 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar and 1 tablespoon finely chopped capers and let the vinegar be syrupy. Season with basil. Sprinkle some basil over the dish. Serve with the tagliatelle. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the chicken breasts open (like an envelope). Mix in a bowl mozzarella with basil, chopped tomatoes and chopped capers. Fill the chicken breasts with the mozzarella mixture. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Take both chicken breast through an beaten egg and then the breadcrumbs. Place the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish. Turn the ovenproof dish about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Put the last 5 minutes the oven on the grill stand at approximately 250 degrees. Serve with a salad and baked potatoes. Enjoy!
