Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut 1 leek into rings and fry the leeks gently in hot butter. Grease a cake tin with butter and put in the pastry. Prick holes in the pastry. Spread the bottom with a thin layer of mustard. Lay on the bottom slices tomato, sliced leek and camembert slices. Go over and over until nothing is left. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dried Italian herbs. Mix 3 eggs with 50 ml cream. Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes. Put the tomato quiche approximately 30 minutes in preheated oven. Enjoy!
