Rice with Peas and Minced Beef
Ingredients: rice, 300 grams minced beef, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon ginger powder, 300 grams frozen peas, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon honey,

Boil the rice according pack instructions. Drain the rice and set aside. Bake in hot oil to 300 grams minced beef to brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 4 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon ginger powder. Stir fry about a minute. Add 300 grams frozen peas and stir fry about 4 minutes. Beat 2 eggs with 1 tablespoon honey. Stir this quickly by the minced beef mixture. Finally, add the rice. Heat for about 5 more minutes. Enjoy!

Chinese Chicken Breast
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 3 chicken breasts

Make a marinade of 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon brown and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Put 3 chicken breasts in the marinade and let it all marinate a few hours. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the chicken breasts in a ovenproof dish. Place the ovenproof dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn after 15 minutes the chicken breast and pour some marinade over it. Serve the Chinese chicken breast with rice and stir fried vegetables. Enjoy!

Banana Crumble
Ingredients: 5 bananas, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 100 grams spiced cookies (aka speculaas) 1, 50 grams butter,

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Peel the bananas and mash the flesh. Do the mashed bananas in a ovenproof dish and mix with 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Crumble 100 grams spiced cookies. Mix 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 50 grams butter (cut into small cubes) with it. Divide the spiced cookies crumbles over the bananas. Put the ovenproof dish approximately 15 minutes in the preheated oven. This dessert can be eaten hot or cool. Enjoy!

Chicken Breast with Softcheese and Red Wine Jus
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, 8 slices beef, soft cheese with herbs, salt, pepper, 100 ml chicken stock, 150 ml red wine, 1 tablespoon brown sugar,

Cut 2 chicken breast open and spread with soft cheese with herbs. Fold again and season with salt and pepper. Wrap the chicken breast each with 4 slices beef. Bake the chicken breast around brown in hot butter. Mix 100 ml chicken stock with 150 ml red wine and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Pour this mixture to the chicken breast and cook the chicken breast until done. Get chicken breast from the pan and let the jus reduce on high heat. Serve with a salad and baked potatoes for example. Enjoy!

Little Apple Pies with Nuts
Ingredients: left-over of the dough from the Coffee Cookies, 2 apples, mixed nuts, raisins, brown sugar, cookie spices,

Preheat the oven at 160 degrees. Peel 2 apples and cut them into small cubes. Mix it with mixed nuts, raisins, brown sugar and cookie spices. Grease 3 mini springforms with butter. Roll the dough into thin rags and line in the springforms. Scoop the apple mixture in it. Make with leftover dough a grid on the apple pie. Place the springforms in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Let the mini apple pies cool. Serve with a scoop of ice. Enjoy!

Daging Malbi (Braised Beef)
Ingredients: 3 shallots, 3 garlic clove, 1/2 teaspoon galangal, 1 / 2 teaspoon ginger powder, 650 grams of beef, 1 tin tomato puree, 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 500 ml chicken stock, 250 ml coconut milk, 2 bay leaves,

Make a paste of 3 shallots, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon galangal and 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder. Make it in the food processor. Bake in hot oil 650 grams diced beef until brown. Do this in parts, the soil must be exactly covered and no more. If the beef is brown you scoop the meat from the pan. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Bake in hot oil about 1 minute the paste you just made. Put the beef back into the pan, along with 1 tin tomato puree, 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 500 ml chicken stock, 250 ml coconut milk and 2 bay leaves. Bring it to boil. Then lower the heat and let it simmer for about 2 hours on low heat. If neccesary season with salt, remove the bay leaves from the sauce. Serve with rice and beans, for example. Enjoy!

Marbled Cake

Marbled Cake
Ingredients: 250 grams butter, 4 eggs, 250 grams flour, 125 grams of sugar, 125 grams brown sugar, 8 grams vanilla sugar, 4 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda , 100 grams plain chocolate,

Preheat the oven at 160 degrees (fan). Make the cake for 2 types batter ready, the ordinary batter and the chocolate batter. The ordinary batter make you as follows. Mix 125 grams butter and 125 grams sugar to a smooth mass. Add 2 eggs, one at a time and mix until the batter is revealed. Then add 125 grams flour and 8 grams vanilla sugar and mix until you get an airy batter.

For the chocolate batter you follow these steps. Mix 125 grams butter 125 grams brown sugar to a smooth mass. Add 2 eggs, one at a time and mix until the batter is lighter. Then add 125 grams flour, 4 significant tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 100 grams chopped into small pieces of pure chocolate. Mix to a good batter.

Grease and dlour a cake tin. Scoop a first layer of the ordinary batter in the cake tin, then a layer of chocolate batter, another layer ordinary batter and finally the chocolate batter. Turn the cake tin about 80 minutes in the preheated oven. Check always with skewers if the cake is ready. When there is still batter on the skewer the cake needs a little longer in the oven. Allow the cake to cool in the cake tin and then let him go cool on a plate. Enjoy!
