Banana Cake

Banana Cake
Ingredients: 4 bananas, 75 grams butter, 200 grams brown sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 1 egg, 175 grams flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, pinch of salt,

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Mash 4 bananas. Mix the bananas with 75 grams butter, 200 grams brown sugar and 1 sachet vanilla sugar. Mix 1 egg with it. Fold 175 grams flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda and a pinch of salt into the mixture. Put the batter into a greased cake tin. Put the cake tin approximately 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Indian Stew

Indian Stew
Ingredients: 600 grams beef, salt, pepper, 600 grams onions, 4 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons chilli jam, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon curry powder, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 6 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 400 ml broth, 1 bay leaf,

Number of persons: 3

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Cut 600 grams beef in large dices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry the meat in batches brown in hot butter. Scoop it from the pan. Bake in the remaining fat 600 grams chopped onions, 4 minced garlic cloves and 2 teaspoons chilli jam. Bake until the onions have softened. Season the onions with 1 teaspoon coriander powder and 1 tablespoon curry powder. Put the meat back into the pan. Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon flour, stir well. Then add 2 tablespoons vinegar, 6 tablespoons sweet soy sauce and 400 ml broth to. Bring all to boil briefly. Add a bay leaf to the pan, put the lid on and put the pan about 2 hours in the preheated oven. The pan may have uncovered 10 minutes on the fire to thicken the sauce. Serve the Indian stew with rice. Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients: 120 grams butter, 100 grams sugar, 100 grams brown sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 1 egg, 150 grams flour, 50 grams cocoa powder, 200 grams dark chocolate,

Number of cookies: 6 big ones en 12 small ones

Mix 120 grams butter with 100 grams sugar, 100 grams brown sugar and 1 sachet vanilla sugar. Add 1 egg. Mix until you have a smooth mass. Add 150 grams flour and 50 grams of cocoa powder. Knead until you have a cohesive dough. Chop in food processor 200 grams of dark chocolate. Knead the chocolate into the dough. Make small balls of the dough with the size of small ping-pong balls. Put it on a baking sheet (lined with baking paper) with a distance of about 5 centimeter apart. Press the balls flat. Put the baking sheet with cookies in the preheated oven at 160 degrees (fon) for about 25 to 30 minutes. Allow the chocolate cookies cool on a rack. Enjoy!

Spiced Cake
Ingredients: 250 grams butter, 300 grams brown sugar, 6 eggs, 250 grams flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 4 teaspoons cinnamon, 3 teaspoons ground cloves, 2 teaspoons nutmeg 1 1/2 teaspoon cardamom,

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Mix 250 grams butter with 300 grams brown sugar. Add gradually 6 eggs and mix well. Then add 250 grams flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 4 teaspoons cinnamon, 3 teaspoons ground cloves, 2 teaspoons nutmeg and 1 1/2 teaspoon cardamom. Mix to a good batter. Put the batter into a greased and floured cake tin. Place the cake tin approximately 80 minutes in the preheated oven. Check with a skewer or stick if the cake is good. If the stick comes out clean the cake is ready. Let the cake cool. Enjoy!

Chicken Tikka Masala
Chicken Tikka
Ingredients: 150 ml Greek yoghurt, 3 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 teaspoons ginger powder, lemon juice, 2 chicken breasts,

Number of persons: 2

Mix 150 ml Greek yogurt with 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 teaspoons ginger powder and a dash of lemon juice. Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes and stir it with the yogurt marinade. Cover the bowl well and let the chicken marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and fry the marinated chicken until cooked in about 20 minutes.

Chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 teaspoon cardamom, 1 garlic clove, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar, 250 ml cream, 2 tablespoons chopped almonds,

Fry in hot oil 1 finely chopped onion with 1 teaspoon cardamom until the onion has browned. Add 1 finely chopped garlic clove and fry 1 minutes. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and let it thicken up to half. Then add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar, 250 ml cream, 2 tablespoons chopped almonds and the Chicken Tikka and heat 5 more minutes.

Serve with rice or naan bread. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 3 eggs, salt, 200 grams plain chocolate, 60 grams light brown sugar, 250 ml cream,

Split 3 eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt in a bowl sparkling clean and spotless bowl with a mixer until stiff. Melt 200 grams plain chocolate au bain marie. Beat 60 grams light brown sugar with 3 egg yolks and whisk until a smooth whole . Beat 250 ml cream until almost stiff. Put the egg yolk-sugar mixture to the melted chocolate. Mix it with the mixer with the cream. Carefully fold this to the egg-whites. Put the mousse in pretty dessert glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and place the dessert glasses about 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator. Then you have a delicious chocolate mousse. Enjoy!

Banana Butterscotch Cake
Ingredients: 175 grams light brown sugar, 3 eggs, 150 grams yoghurt, 3 bananas, 150 grams butterscotch chocolate, 175 grams flour, baking soda, salt,

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Mix 175 grams light brown sugar with 3 eggs until it is frothy. Mix 150 grams yoghurt with 3 mashed bananas and 150 grams chopped butterscotch chocolate. Fold this mixture into the sugar mixture. Add 175 gram flour and some baking soda and a pinch of salt to the sugar-mixture. Fold it carefully. Grease a cake tin with butter and line with greaseproof paper. Pour the batter into the cake, then place the cake tin for about 60 to 80 minutes in the preheated oven. Prick with a skewer or toothpick into the cake to see if the cake is cooked. Let the banana butterscotch cool in the cake tin. Enjoy!
