Cut 1 chicken breast with 2 onions finely in a food processor. Add to the food processor 500 grams minced beef, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard, salt, pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, cloves, nutmeg, chili powder and 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs, mix for a while. Put it in a bowl. Cover it and put it in the refrigerator for at least a few hours. Cut a disposable piping bag open so that you have exactly the diameter of a frikandel. Put the minced beef into the piping bag and make the frikandellen. Place the frikandellen in hot water, leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then remove them with a slotted spoon. Let the frikandellen cool. Bake frikandellen in the fryer (if you have one) or like me in a frying pan with a thick layer of oil to the frikandels brown. We had fries from the Actifry and a salad with it. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix 150 grams minced beef with 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, salt and pepper. Turn 2 meatballs of it. Bake the meatballs around brown in hot butter. Put the meatballs in a baking dish. Place the baking dish about 20 minutes in the preheated oven, so the meatballs are also cooked inside. We ate a salad and baked potatoes with the meatballs. Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Season 3 pork escalopes with salt, pepper and chicken spices. Place 1 slice cheese and 1 slice of ham on each pork escalope. Fold the pork escalopes closed and prick it with toothpicks. Get the pork escalopes through a beaten egg and then through the breadcrumbs mixed with dried Italian herbs. Bake the cordon bleu brown in hot butter. Place the cordon bleu in a baking dish. Place the baking dish approximately 15 minutes in the preheated oven. We had fries and a salad with it. Enjoy!
Oven Baked Tenderloin in Tomato Sauce with Mozzarella

Ingredients: 2 tenderloins, salt, pepper, flour, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, dried oregano, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 small carrot, 3 tomatoes, 1 can diced tomatoes, 2 spring onions, mozzarella, grated cheese,

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut 2 tenderloins into strips. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and coat the tenderloins strips in flour. Then get the tenderloin through a beaten egg and bread crumbs seasoned with dried oregano. Fry the tenderloin stripes in hot oil brown. Place the steak slices then into a baking dish.
Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 minced garlic clove until the onion is soft. Add 1 thinly sliced carrot and cook about 5 minutes. Add 3 diced tomatoes and 1 can diced tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Warm for 5 minutes. Puree with a handblender. Add 2 sliced spring onions.
Pour the tomato sauce over the tenderloin slices in the baking dish. Top with mozzarella and grated cheese. Place the baking dish approximately 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
Serve with a salad and baked potatoes. Enjoy!
