Chicken Breast with Cheese and Tomato Sauce

Ingredients 1 egg, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, dried Italian herbs, 2 chicken breasts, salt, pepper, macaroni, 1 onion 2 garlic cloves, dash of red wine, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can of carrots,

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Beat 1 egg. Make a mixture with breadcrumbs, grated cheese, dried Italian herbs. Season 2 chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Get the chicken breasts through the beaten egg and then through the breadcrumbs mixture. Put in the chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle a little more grated cheese over it. Place the baking dish about 25 minutes in the oven.
Cook the pasta al dente in boiling water with some salt. Bake 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves until the onion is soft. Add a dash of red wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 can drained carrots. Bring to the boil and then let simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and dried Italian herbs.
Serve the cheese chicken with the tomato sauce and macaroni. Enjoy!
