Preheat the oven to 90 degrees. Mix 500 grams minced beef with 1 egg, 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley, 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs. Season with onion powder, salt and pepper. Make 5 meatballs of it. Place the meatballs in a baking dish. Place the baking dish about 1 1 / 2 hours in the preheated oven.
Bake on low heat 2 sliced onions in hot butter until it is brown. This takes definitely about half an hour. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar. Stir the vinegar through it. Add 400 ml fond, 3 tablespoons apple sauce and 2 tablespoons raisins. Allow the sauce to thicken over medium heat. Sprinkle some parsley to it when the sauce has the desired thickness. Serve the meatballs with the sauce Liège, Flemish fries and a salad. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 4 pita breads, 300 grams of minced beef, 30 grams diced bacon, 30 grams grated cheese, 1 ball mozzarella, breadcrumbs, lettuce, 1 onion, 50 grams mushrooms, 4 sundried tomatoes,

Bake 4 pita breads following the pack instructions. Mix 300 grams minced beef with 30 grams finely chopped diced bacon, 30 grams grated cheese and 1/3 of the mozzarella ball. Make 4 burgers of it and ‘role’ them through the breadcrumbs. Cook the burgers on both sides brown. Get them out of the pan and fry in the remaining fat 1 sliced onion and 50 grams sliced mushrooms until the mushrooms have softened. Place the burgers back and place a slice of mozzarella on each burger. Let the mozzarella melt. Put some lettuce leaves on each pita bread and some finely chopped sundried tomatoes. Put on the burgers, the mushrooms and onion. Serve with chips. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with the top grill on. Season 2 chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Bake the chicken breasts around brown in hot butter. Remove the chicken breasts from the pan. Spread the chicken with mustard. Put the chicken breasts in a oven dish sprinkle breadcrumbs over it. Place the oven dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Bake in the remaining butter 2 finely chopped shallots until it is tender. Add 100 ml white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Then add 50 ml vinegar and 150 ml chicken stock. Bring to the boil briefly. Leave it to simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve the chicken breasts with the shallot sauce. We ate a salad and potatoes with it. Enjoy!

Chop an onion very finely in a food processor. Fry the onion gently in a little butter. Mix the minced pork with 1 egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and the cooled onion. Turn balls of it. Bake the meatballs around brown in hot butter. Add a dash of white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 200 ml cream and let the meatballs over low heat simmer until done.

Ingredients: 800 grams waxy potatoes, 1 egg, 90 grams flour, 300 ml milk, salt, 50 grams butter, bacon,

Grate 800g waxy potatoes. Make a pancake batter by mixing 1 egg, 90 grams flour, 300 ml milk, a pinch of salt and 50 grams of melted butter. Stir the grated potato pancakes by the batter. Bake the potato pancakes on both sides brown. Bake the slices of crispy bacon and serve with the raggmunk.
Of course you serve it with a berry jam, preferably of the lingonberriesjam from Ikea. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 2 large leeks, 2 vegetable stock cubes, 6 fresh lasagne sheets, 150 grams ham, 125 ml cream, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon mustard, 100 grams grated cheese, breadcrumbs,

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash and cut 2 large leeks into pieces of 1 centimeter. Cook the leeks cooked in vegetable stock derived from 2 stock cubes. Pour off the leeks and collect the stock. Siege each lasagne sheet with 2 slices of ham. Divide the leeks then over the lasagne sheets. Roll the lasagne sheets and place in a ovenproof dish. Mix 250 ml stock, 125 ml cream, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon mustard. Pour the sauce over the cannelloni. Sprinkle at last 100 grams grated cheese and breadcrumbs over it. Place the ovenproof dish about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Not Frikadelle like we used to know in the Netherlands but a German variant on the meatbal/ hamburger

Bake 1 chopped onion in hot butter. Let it cool. Mix 250 grams minced beef with the fried onion, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1/2 crumbled beef stock cube, paprika, pepper and breadcrumbs. Make two burgers. Bake the frikadelle brown on both sides in hot butter. Add some water and put the lid on the pan on medium heat so the frikadelle are also done inside. Serve the frikadelle with fries and a salad. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the chicken breasts open (like an envelope). Mix in a bowl mozzarella with basil, chopped tomatoes and chopped capers. Fill the chicken breasts with the mozzarella mixture. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Take both chicken breast through an beaten egg and then the breadcrumbs. Place the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish. Turn the ovenproof dish about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Put the last 5 minutes the oven on the grill stand at approximately 250 degrees. Serve with a salad and baked potatoes. Enjoy!
