This is delicious as a snack with hot sweet chilli sauce or if we have done as starter. Make er person 3 large mushrooms clean. Make a batter with 1 / 2 bottle beer (we had Heineken), salt, pepper, thyme, oregano to taste and 1 egg. Stir then little by little about 100 grams plain flour. You need a thickness of yoghurt. Add the mushrooms to the batters (the batter should be everywhere on the mushroom) and fry the mushrooms in hot oil until it is golden brown. Let the mushrooms even leak on paper towels and serve them with sweet chilli sauce. Enjoy!
