
Ingredients: 2 beef sausages, mashed potatoes, 2 large onions, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 50 grams butter, 2 tablespoons flour, 600 ml beef stock,

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put 2 beef sausages in a baking dish and the potatoes in another baking dish. Put about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Fry 2 sliced onions in hot butter until brown and soft. Add a splash of vinegar. Let the vinegar evaporate. Add 50 grams butter and let the butter melt. Add 2 tablespoons flour and cook briefly. Gradually add 600 ml beef stock. Leave to simmer for a while. Serve the onion sauce with mashed potatoes and beef sausages. Enjoy!
