Noodles with Chicken Breast and Cashew Nuts
Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 teaspoon chili jam, 1 chicken breast, 1 red pepper, 125 grams beansprouts, 50 grams cashew nuts, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon fish sauce,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 1 teaspoon sambal until the onion is golden brown. Add 1 diced chicken breast and cook the chicken breast brown. Add 1 chopped red pepper and stir fry about 1 minute. Add 125 grams beansprouts, 50 grams cashew nuts, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon fish sauce. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Add the noodles to the chicken mixture and serve. Enjoy!

Chicken Curry

Chicken Curry
Ingredients: rice, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon sambal, salt, pepper, nutmeg, ginger powder, 1 chicken breast, 2 tomatoes, 200 grams of frozen green beans, cumin powder, lemongrass powder, coriander, 125 grams bean sprouts, 200 ml coconut milk ,

Boil the rice according pack instructions. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon sambal, salt, pepper, nutmeg and ginger powder until the onion is soft. Add 1 diced chicken breast and cook the chicken breasts to brown. Add 2 diced tomatoes, 200 grams of frozen green beans, cumin powder, lemongrass powder and some finely chopped coriander leaves and stir fry a minute or 2. Add 125 grams of bean sprouts, shovel carefully and add 200 ml coconut milk. Bring briefly to the boil and let it simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat. Serve with rice! Enjoy!

Noodles with Broccoli and Sweet Chilli Sauce
Ingredients: noodles, 200 grams broccoli, 1 chicken breast, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce, 125 grams bean sprouts, 3 spring onions 3,

Boil the noodles according pack instructions. Boil 200 gram broccoli al dente. Cut 1 chicken breast into dices and season with salt and pepper. Bake the chicken breast in hot oil until it is golden brown. Add the broccoli and stir fry briefly. Then add 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 4 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce andbring it to the boil. Finally, add 125 grams bean sprouts and 3 chopped spring onions. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!

Wraps with Chicken Breast, Leek and Beansprouts
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 leek, cashew nuts, 50 grams beansprouts, 4 tortilla wraps,

Marinate 2 diced chicken breasts with 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce. Put this one night in a well-sealed container in the refrigerator. Fry, the next day, the chicken breast brown. Add 1 chopped leek and a handful cashew nuts and 50 grams beansprouts. Stir fry about 2 minutes. Heat the wraps following pack instructions and filled it with the chicken mixture. You have enough filling for 4 wraps. Enjoy!

Stir Fried Beef

Stir Fried Beef
Ingredients: 300 grams beef, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon curry powder, rice, 40 grams pine nuts, 1 leek, 125 grams bean sprouts, 1 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon ginger powder, 1 tablespoon chopped coriander,

Marinate 300 grams sliced beef with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon curry powder. Let the meat marinate for about 30 minutes. Boil the rice following pack instructions. Bake 40 grams pine nuts golden brown in a dry wok. Scoop it from the pan and keep it separate. Bake the beef brown in a hot wok. If the beef is brown, add 1 chopped leek, 125 grams bean sprouts, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 1 tablespoon ginger powder. Stir fry a minute or five, then add the pine nuts again and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon fresh chopped coriander. Serve with the rice. Enjoy!

Ingredients: noodles, 1 chicken breast, 2 garlic clove, 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 red pepper, 125 grams bean sprouts, 3 spring onions,

Boil the noodles according pack instructons. Stir fry 1 diced chicken breast brown. Add 1 chopped red pepper and stir frying briefly. Make a sauce with 2 garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Add the sauce to the chicken breast and bring to the boil. Drain the noodles and stir by the chicken breast. Finally, add 125 grams bean sprouts and 3 chopped spring onions into rings. Heat a bit more and serve. Enjoy!

Noodles with Carrots and Green Pepper
Ingredients: noodles, 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 6 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon sambal, 1 carrot, 1 green pepper, 125 grams bean sprouts,

Boil the noodles according pack instructions. Make a sauce of 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 6 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon sambal. Let this cook for about 1 minute. Add 1 sliced carrot and 1 green pepper cut in strips. Add to the sauce and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add 125 grams bean sprouts and stir fry 1 minute. Stir in the noodles. Enjoy!
