Rice Noodles with Chicken and Mushrooms
Ingrediënten: rice noodles, 1 chicken breast, salt, pepper, flour, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 200 grams mushrooms, 125 grams bean sprouts, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 tablespoons oyster sauce, parsley,

Number of persons: 2

Prepare the rice noodles according pack instructions. 1 Cut chicken breast into cubes, season with salt and pepper and cover the diced chicken breast with flour. Fry the diced chicken breast in hot oil until golden brown. Add 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 200 grams sliced mushrooms and 125 grams bean sprouts. Stir fry until the mushrooms have softened. Add 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 4 tablespoons oyster sauce. Warm a bit. Stir the rice noodles to and sprinkle some parsley over it. Enjoy!

Indian Chicken
Ingredients: 2 chicken breast, 2 onions, 1 garlic clove, 100 ml water, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 4 tablespoons peanut butter, 125 grams bean sprouts, 1 tablespoon sugar,

Number of persons: 2

Bake 2 diced chicken breast brown in hot butter. Add 2 chopped onion and 1 finely chopped garlic clove and stir fry until the onions has softened. Add 100 ml water, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce and 4 tablespoons peanut butter. Stir well and leave it on medium heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Add at last 125 grams bean sprouts and 1 tablespoon sugar and simmer another 5 minutes. Serve with noodles and vegetables, for example. Enjoy!

Stir-fried Vegetables with Chicken and Rice
Ingredients: rice, 1 chicken breast, 1 carrot, 1 red pepper, 200 grams snow peas, 100 ml stock, 125 grams beansprouts, 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar,

Boil the rice according to the pack instructions. Bake in hot oil 1 diced chicken breast golden brown. Add 1 diced carrot, 1 sliced red pepper and 200 grams snow peas. Stir fry about 5 minutes, add 100 ml of stock and let the stock cook until almost evaporated. Add 125 grams bean sprouts, 3 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. Stir for about 5 minutes. Serve with rice. Enjoy!

Ingredients: rice, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 chilli pepper, ginger powder, 500 ml stock, 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce, 2 tablespoon fish sauce, 250 grams steak, 3 spring onions, 125 grams bean sprouts,

Boil the rice according pack instructions. Bake in hot oil on medium heat 1 chopped onion until the onion is golden brown. Add 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 1 finely chopped chilli pepper and ginger powder to taste. Stir fry briefly. Add 500 ml stock, 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce and 2 tablespoons fish again. Let the stock simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Add 250 grams steak cut in stripes, 3 chopped spring onions and 125 grams bean sprouts and let it cook another 5 minutes. Serve the rice in a deep plate and shovel the steak, vegetables and stock over it. Enjoy!

Ingredients: noodles, 1 chicken breast, Chinese five-spice powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 red pepper, 3 spring onions, 125 grams bean sprouts, sesame oil,

Boil the noodles according to pack instruction. Cut 1 chicken breast into cubes and mix with Chinese five-spice powder and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Bake the diced chicken breast on high heat in 3 minutes brown. Add 1 sliced red pepper and stir fry 2 minutes. Add 3 spring onions sliced in rings and 125 grams bean sprouts. Stir fry 1 minute. Stir the noodles in and bring to taste with sesame oil and soy sauce. Enjoy!

Noodles with Chicken Breast and Cashew Nuts
Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 1 chicken breast, 1 red pepper, 125 grams beansprouts, 50 grams cashew nuts, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon fish sauce,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 1 teaspoon sambal until the onion is golden brown. Add 1 diced chicken breast and cook the chicken breast brown. Add 1 chopped red pepper and stir fry about 1 minute. Add 125 grams beansprouts, 50 grams cashew nuts, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon fish sauce. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Add the noodles to the chicken mixture and serve. Enjoy!

Ingredients: rice, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon sambal, salt, pepper, nutmeg, ginger powder, 1 chicken breast, 2 tomatoes, 200 grams of frozen green beans, cumin powder, lemongrass powder, coriander, 125 grams bean sprouts, 200 ml coconut milk ,

Boil the rice according pack instructions. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon sambal, salt, pepper, nutmeg and ginger powder until the onion is soft. Add 1 diced chicken breast and cook the chicken breasts to brown. Add 2 diced tomatoes, 200 grams of frozen green beans, cumin powder, lemongrass powder and some finely chopped coriander leaves and stir fry a minute or 2. Add 125 grams of bean sprouts, shovel carefully and add 200 ml coconut milk. Bring briefly to the boil and let it simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat. Serve with rice! Enjoy!
