Peel 3 bananas and cut the bananas into pieces. Put the bananas in a freezer container and freeze the bananas. If the bananas are properly frozen do this in a blender. Add 450 ml milk and 1 tablespoon honey and mix until smooth. Pour the banana smoothie into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Mash 4 bananas. Mix the bananas with 75 grams butter, 200 grams brown sugar and 1 sachet vanilla sugar. Mix 1 egg with it. Fold 175 grams flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda and a pinch of salt into the mixture. Put the batter into a greased cake tin. Put the cake tin approximately 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 175 grams light brown sugar, 3 eggs, 150 grams yoghurt, 3 bananas, 150 grams butterscotch chocolate, 175 grams flour, baking soda, salt,

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Mix 175 grams light brown sugar with 3 eggs until it is frothy. Mix 150 grams yoghurt with 3 mashed bananas and 150 grams chopped butterscotch chocolate. Fold this mixture into the sugar mixture. Add 175 gram flour and some baking soda and a pinch of salt to the sugar-mixture. Fold it carefully. Grease a cake tin with butter and line with greaseproof paper. Pour the batter into the cake, then place the cake tin for about 60 to 80 minutes in the preheated oven. Prick with a skewer or toothpick into the cake to see if the cake is cooked. Let the banana butterscotch cool in the cake tin. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Boil the rice according pack instructions. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Bake the chicken breasts around brown in hot butter. Remove the chicken breasts from the pan, put the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish and place the ovenproof dish about 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Meanwhile bake 1 chopped onion, 1 diced zucchini, 1 diced tomato for about 5 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons curry powder and 100 ml white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 1 diced apple and 1 sliced banana. Stir briefly. Add 250 ml cream and let simmer for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Bring the curry-cream sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the curry-cream sauce with rice and chicken breast. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees. Melt in a pan 100 grams butter, 250 grams golden caster sugar, 100 grams white chocolate and 100 grams caramel until you have a smooth mass. Let it cool down a bit. Meanwhile beat 2 eggs. Mix the eggs with the caramel mass. Add 200 grams flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 2 sliced bananas. Stir it well. Put the caramel mass in a brownie baking tin lined with baking paper. Place the brownie baking tin approximately 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow the blondies to cool and cut in pieces. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Peel the bananas and mash the flesh. Do the mashed bananas in a ovenproof dish and mix with 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Crumble 100 grams spiced cookies. Mix 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 50 grams butter (cut into small cubes) with it. Divide the spiced cookies crumbles over the bananas. Put the ovenproof dish approximately 15 minutes in the preheated oven. This dessert can be eaten hot or cool. Enjoy!
