Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package. Cook in a hot wok about 100 grams diced bacon crispy. Add 2 diced chicken breast and cook it brown. Add 1 sliced leek (in rings) , 1 chopped onion and 300 grams soup vegetables. Fry until the onion is soft. Add 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and bring to taste with coriander. Serve with noodles. (Less fat? Replace than bacon by diced ham) Enjoy!
Bake 2 diced pork chops (boneless) on high heat brown in hot oil. Add 1/2 tablespoon curry powder and 1 tablespoon sugar. Than add 1 diced red pepper, 3 sliced in rings spring onions and 4 cut in pieces pineapple rings (from a tin). Stir fry on a high heat for about 5 minutes. Add approximately 50 ml water, 4 tablespoons basalmic vinegar and 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup. Just bring to boil, turn of the heat and you are ready. Serve with rice which you have prepared according to the directions on the package. Enjoy!
Cook rice according pack instructions. Cook 2 diced chicken breasts in hot sesame oil.When the chicken is brown add 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 finely chopped shallot, 100g mange-touts and 100g bean sprouts. Season it. Stir fry for about 5 minutes. Roast the sesame seeds golden brown. Add with the chicken mixture 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and 4 tablespoon soy sauce. Just heat a bit more and add at the very last moment the roasted sesame seeds and finely chopped coriander. Serve with the rice! Enjoy!
Something different with green beans, and easy too. If you have frozen green beans let them thaw out, when you have fresh green beans you have to blanch them shortly until they are soft. Per 100g green beans you need the following amount of marinade: 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 small finely chopped garlic clove (or as mush or as less you want). Season the marinade with sea salt and white pepper. Put the green beans in the marinade and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. Heat a frying pan without oil and cook the marinated green beans in it for about 15 minutes. Serve with meat and potatoes. Enjoy!
Make a marinade by putting following ingredients into a bowl: 3 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons balsamico vinegar, 1 teaspoon mustard and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves. Stir well. Season the pork fillets and marinate them for at least 5 minutes. Chop green olives (as much as you want) in halves. Heat a grill pan and grill the marinated pork fillets at both sides. At your plate scatter some finely chopped basil over it. Serve it with a salad and fried potatoes or pasta. Enjoy!
Cut a chicken breast open so you can fill it. Add some pesto, some slices tomato, some mozzarella and some grated cheese. Season the chicken breast and cover it with slices bacon. Grill them in a preheated oven at 200C for at least 20 minutes. Cook the portobello’s for about 3 minutes in boiling water, so they soften a little. Put on every portobello a slice tomato and sparkle some balsamic vinegar over it. Add some slices chorizo and mozzarella on top. Season it with some pepper and place the portobello’s in a preheated oven (200C Fan) for about 10 minutes. Serve for example potatoes or a salad with it. Enjoy!
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry 2 chopped green peppers with seasoning shortly. Lower the heat, cover the lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Add 1 chopped onion, cover the lid again and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, 125 ml creme fraiche and 50g grated cheese. Melt the creme fraiche and grated cheese. Meanwhile cook pasta following the pack instructions. Drain the pasta and serve it with the pepperonata. Enjoy!
