Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Mix 250 grams butter with 300 grams brown sugar. Add gradually 6 eggs and mix well. Then add 250 grams flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 4 teaspoons cinnamon, 3 teaspoons ground cloves, 2 teaspoons nutmeg and 1 1/2 teaspoon cardamom. Mix to a good batter. Put the batter into a greased and floured cake tin. Place the cake tin approximately 80 minutes in the preheated oven. Check with a skewer or stick if the cake is good. If the stick comes out clean the cake is ready. Let the cake cool. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 60 grams plain chocolate, 110 grams butter, 225 grams sugar, 3 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, pinch of salt, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 150 grams flour, 50 grams pecans,

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Melt 60 grams butter with 110 grams dark chocolate au bain marie. Let the melted chocolate cool slightly. Meanwhile, mix 225 grams sugar with 3 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of salt and 1 sachet vanilla sugar to a mixture. Fold the flour gently by. Then mix the melted chocolate and 50 grams of chopped pecans into the mixture. Grease a brownie-tin with butter and line with baking paper. Pour the batter into the brownie-tin. Place the brownie-tin approximately 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the brownies cool in the baking tin and then cut into squares. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Mix 250 grams sugar 4 eggs until you have a fluffy mixture. Meanwhile melt 250 grams butter. Add the butter with 250 grams flour, 1 sachet vanilla sugar and 1 sachet baking powder to the egg-mixture and mix gently until you have a good batter. Put half of the batter into a separate bowl. Mix the other half of the batter with 25 grams cocoa powder and mix gently. Make alternate layers of batter and chocolate batter in a greased cake tin. Handle with a spoon in the batter for a marbled effect. Place the cake tin about 60 to 70 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the cake cool! Enjoy!
