Make a marinade with garlic, oil, sweet soy sauce and tomato ketchup. Marinate 2 diced chicken breasts in it. Allow the chicken to marinate at least 12 hours. Wrap some chicken breast dices with smoked bacon and thread it over and over with pieces of red pepper and sliced red onion on a satay stick. Bring the sauce to the boil and add the bacon cubes. Warm well. Serve with spaghetti and grated cheese. Enjoy!
