Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Boil the rice according pack instructions. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Bake the chicken breasts around brown in hot butter. Remove the chicken breasts from the pan, put the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish and place the ovenproof dish about 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Meanwhile bake 1 chopped onion, 1 diced zucchini, 1 diced tomato for about 5 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons curry powder and 100 ml white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 1 diced apple and 1 sliced banana. Stir briefly. Add 250 ml cream and let simmer for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Bring the curry-cream sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the curry-cream sauce with rice and chicken breast. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the pita breads about 4 minutes. Bake in hot oil 1 diced chicken breast golden brown. Add 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 3 spring onions sliced in rings, 2 diced tomatoes and 1 peeled and diced apple. Stir fry a few minutes. Add 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 100 ml stock and 100 ml cream. Bring to the boil briefly and then let it simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Fill the pita breads with chicken breast-apple mixture. Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Wrap 12 meatballs with a slice bacon. Place the bacon balls in an ovenproof dish. Place the ovenproof dish about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Meanwhile make the apple spread dip. Put in a bowl 2 tablespoons apple spread dip, a small dash of lemon juice, 1/2 peeled and very finely chopped apple, coriander and some water. Serve the bacon balls with apple spread dip. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven at 160 degrees. Peel 2 apples and cut them into small cubes. Mix it with mixed nuts, raisins, brown sugar and cookie spices. Grease 3 mini springforms with butter. Roll the dough into thin rags and line in the springforms. Scoop the apple mixture in it. Make with leftover dough a grid on the apple pie. Place the springforms in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Let the mini apple pies cool. Serve with a scoop of ice. Enjoy!

Make a marinade of 2 teaspoons sambal, 1/2 tablespoon oil, rosemary to taste and a splash of water. Rub 2 chicken breast with this marinade and leave the chicken breast marinate at least one hour in the marinade. Bake the chicken breast brown with 1 chopped onion in hot butter. Remove the chicken breasts from the pan and add 2 peeled and diced apples, 2 tablespoons syrup and 100 ml water. Bring the sauce to the boil. Lowe the heat lower and put the chicken breasts back in the pan. Let the chicken breasts be cooked in 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with baked potatoes and a salad. Enjoy!

Peel 2 apples, and cut it into small cubes. Pour a little lemon juice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, a small handful of raisins and 1 tablespoon cookie spices. Mix 250 grams of sugar and 250 grams of butter until the butter has softened. Then add gradually 4 eggs while mixing. Add 250 grams of plain flour and 1 sachet vanilla sugar. Again mix well.
