Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix 300 grams minced meat with 1/2 peeled and diced apple, 1 chopped garlic clove, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs. Make small balls. Place the meatballs in a baking dish and place the baking dish approximately 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with some salt. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion with some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 2 diced grilled peppers and 1 can diced tomatoes. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Puree the sauce in the blender. Serve the spaghetti with meatballs and paprika. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Boil the rice according pack instructions. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Bake the chicken breasts around brown in hot butter. Remove the chicken breasts from the pan, put the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish and place the ovenproof dish about 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Meanwhile bake 1 chopped onion, 1 diced zucchini, 1 diced tomato for about 5 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons curry powder and 100 ml white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 1 diced apple and 1 sliced banana. Stir briefly. Add 250 ml cream and let simmer for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Bring the curry-cream sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the curry-cream sauce with rice and chicken breast. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the pita breads about 4 minutes. Bake in hot oil 1 diced chicken breast golden brown. Add 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 3 spring onions sliced in rings, 2 diced tomatoes and 1 peeled and diced apple. Stir fry a few minutes. Add 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 100 ml stock and 100 ml cream. Bring to the boil briefly and then let it simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Fill the pita breads with chicken breast-apple mixture. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven at 160 degrees. Peel 2 apples and cut them into small cubes. Mix it with mixed nuts, raisins, brown sugar and cookie spices. Grease 3 mini springforms with butter. Roll the dough into thin rags and line in the springforms. Scoop the apple mixture in it. Make with leftover dough a grid on the apple pie. Place the springforms in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Let the mini apple pies cool. Serve with a scoop of ice. Enjoy!
