Quesadilla's with Raw Ham and Brie
Ingredients: 6 tortilla wraps, honey, raw ham, brie, grated mature cheese,

Heat 6 tortilla wraps in the microwave, so they are softer and you can fold them better. Then preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Spread the tortilla wraps with honey and put raw ham slices and thin slices of brie on it. Sprinkle as last some grated mature cheese over it. Fold the tortillas and place the tortillas in an ovenproof dish. Set the ovenproof dish about 15 minutes in the preheated oven so the brie and cheese can melt. Serve the Quesadilla’s with a fresh salad. Enjoy!

Wraps with Spinach and Mozzarella
Ingredients: 6 tortilla wraps, 200 gram diced bacon, 1 garlic clove, 600 grams spinach, 50 grams chorizo, 50 grams grated cheese, mozzarella,

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Bake in a hot wok 200 gram diced bacon with 1 finely chopped garlic clove until the bacon is crispy. Add gradually 600 grams spinach. Stir fry until the spinach has shrunk. Remove the wok from the heat and add 50 grams chorizo (cut into small pieces), 50 grams grated cheese and pieces of mozzarella. Siege 6 tortilla wraps each with the spinach mixture. Fold the tortilla. Place the tortilla’s in a big ovenproof dish. Put the ovenproof dish approximately 5 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Wraps with Chicken Breast, Leek and Beansprouts
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 leek, cashew nuts, 50 grams beansprouts, 4 tortilla wraps,

Marinate 2 diced chicken breasts with 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce. Put this one night in a well-sealed container in the refrigerator. Fry, the next day, the chicken breast brown. Add 1 chopped leek and a handful cashew nuts and 50 grams beansprouts. Stir fry about 2 minutes. Heat the wraps following pack instructions and filled it with the chicken mixture. Ingredients: 1 garlic clove, 3 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger powder, salt, pepper, 2 chicken breast, flour, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, lettuce, 3 spring onions, 150 grams slices bacon, 6 tortilla wraps, herb butter,

Make a seasoning with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 3 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger powder, salt and pepper. Rub this on 2 chicken breast. Get the chicken breast through a little flour, 1 beaten egg and finally through the breadcrumbs. Bake the chicken breasts golden brown and dobe in hot butter. Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Bak also 150 grams slices bacon until crips. Prepare the wraps according pack instructions. Spread the wraps with herb butter. Siege then with lettuce, 2 slices crispy bacon, some rings of spring onions and chicken breast strips. Fold the wraps as an envelope and serve. Enjoy!

Chicken Curry Wraps
Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, 1 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon laos, lime juice, salt, 1 onion, 250 grams chesnut mushrooms, 1 teaspoon sambal, 2 tablespoons curry powder, pepper, 100 ml coconut milk, 4 tortilla wraps, lettuce,

Cut 1 chicken breast into small cubes. Put it in a bowl with 1 chopped garlic clove, 1 tablespoon laos, a dash of 1 lime juice and some salt. Stir this well and leave to marinate for a minute or 30. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion until soft. Add the chicken breast it and bake it brown. Take than 250 grams sliced chesnut mushrooms and fry them until they become soft. Stir in 1 teaspoon sambal, 2 tablespoons curry powder and pepper. Stir fry for a minute, then pour in 100 ml of coconut milk. Lower the heat and let the coconut milk thicken a bit. Heat 4 tortillawraps meanwhile in the microwave as indicated on the package. Siege the tortillas with lettuce. Scoop the chicken curry mixture on it and roll the tortilla wrap. Enjoy!

Wraps wit Ham and Honey-Mustard Dressing
Ingredients: 4 tortilla wraps, 250 grams ham, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon water, salt, pepper, lettuce,

Make the dressing by mixing 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon water together. Bring the dressing to taste with salt and pepper. Cut 250 grams of ham into strips, cook the ham briefly in the hot oil. Heat 4 tortilla wraps, according pack instructions. Siege the tortilla wraps with lettuce and then with the warm ham and sprinkle with the honey-mustard dressing. Roll or fold the tortilla wraps. Enjoy!

Bake in hot oil 1 diced chicken breast. Add 3 sliced spring onions when the chicken breast is brown. Stir fry this about 2 minutes. Meanwhile prepare 4 tortilla wraps,according pack instructions. Cut 1/2 cucumber into cubes. Spread hoisin sauce on the wraps. Place lettuce, cucumber and chicken on the wraps. Fold wraps as an envelope. Enjoy!
