Boil the rice according pack instructions and let the rice cool down (or boil it a night before, the rice will remain dryer). Cut 1 chicken breast into cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook the diced chicken breast golden brown. Scoop the chicken breasts from the pan. Bake in the hot wok 1 chopped onion, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 1 sliced carrot, 1 sliced red pepper and 150 grams peas. Season with ginger powder, galangal and ketoembar. Stir fry about a minute or 5 and add the rice and chicken breast again. Heat still equally well. Bon appetit!

Two recipes this time, a meat recipe and a vegetarian recipe from the Indonesian cuisine.
Daging Smoor:
Ingredients: 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 2 teaspoons ginger powder, 1 cube stock, 1 tomato, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 700 grams boneless pork chops,
Make a marinade of 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 2 teaspoons ginger powder, 1 crumbed cube stock, 1 diced tomato and 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce. Marinate in this 700 grams diced boneless pork chops. Allow to marinate overnight. Cook the marinated boneless pork chops brown in hot butter. Then lower the heat and let it braise for about 1 1/2 hour. If it’s a bit dry, add some water.
Sajoer Beans
Ingredients: 300 grams beans, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon sambal, 1 red pepper, 1 tomato, 1 cube stock, 400 ml coconut milk, dash of sweet soy sauce,
Cook 300 grams beans in boiling water until al dente. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion golden brown. Add 1 teaspoon sambal, 1chopped red pepper, 1 diced tomato and 1 crumbled cube stock.. Stir fry a few minutes. Then add the beans. Stir fry this about minute. Then pour in 400 ml coconut milk and season with a dash of sweet soy sauce. Bring to the boil Let tit simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Serve the sajoer beans and daging smoor with rice. Enjoy!

Ingredients: rice, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 150 ml white wine, 1 bay leaf, 1 sprig thyme, 1 teaspoon ground coriander , 1 dash lemon juice, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt, pepper, 50 grams raisins,
Boil the rice according pack instructions. Bake on medium heat 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Let this simmer for about 5 minutes. Add 150 ml white wine, 1 bay leaf, 1 sprig thyme and 1 teaspoon ground coriander. Let it cook for about 5 minutes to reduce. Then add 400 grams sliced mushrooms and a dash of lemon juice. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree and 1 teaspoon sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Finally, add 50 grams of raisins. Serve the Greek mushrooms with rice. Bon appetit!

Ingredients: Rice, 250 beef stripes, salt, pepper, 1 onion, 1 green pepper, 100 grams snow peas, 125 ml teriyaki sauce,
Boil the rice according pack instructions. Put in the Actifry 1 tablespoon oil. Heat 1 this minute. Then add 250 grams beef stripes, salt, pepper, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green pepper, 100 grams snow peas and 125 ml teriyaki sauce. Put the Actifry about 15 minutes on and you have a meal. Serve with the rice.
Or just stirfry? Bake 1 chopped onion until the onion has softened. Add 250 grams beef stripes and and stir fry until the beef stripes brown. Then add 1 chopped green peppers and 100 grams snow peas. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Finally, add 125 ml teriyaki sauce and heat a bit more. Serve with the rice.

Boil the rice according pack instructions. Season 1 diced chicken breast with salt and pepper. Put in the Actifry 1 tablespoon oil and the diced chicken breast. Bake the chicken breast about 5 minutes. Then add 1 chopped onion, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 200 grams beans, 250 grams sliced mushrooms, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey and 100 ml cream. Put the Actifry on for about 20 minutes. Serve with the rice.

Prepare the rice according to the pack instructions. Fruit in the Actifry about 2 minutes 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and chopped rosemary (quantity after own taste) with 1 tablespoon oil. Turn the machine off and then add 1 diced zucchini, 1 chopped orange pepper, 175 grams mushrooms and 2 chopped small red onions. Bring to taste with pepper. Put the Actifry on for about 20 minutes. If needed season with salt. Serve with the rice.
You can also simply prepare this in the wok. Fruit in hot oil 2 chopped red onions with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and rosemary to your own taste. Once the onions are soft, add 1 chopped orange pepper and stir frying this about 5 minutes. Then add 1 diced zucchini and 175 grams small mushrooms. Stir fry until the mushrooms are tender. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with the rice. Enjoy!
