The Subway restaurant chain is global, even our hometown in Holland has 1! In London, they have many more. We have tried a brand new sandwich ‘Hot Chicken Gravy and stuffing. ” A sandwich with warm chicken with gravy and filling. A good sandwich in any case!

When you visiting London ‘Fish’ n Chips is something you have to eat. This is what we took for dinner in the restaurant of our hotel. Delicious, and we aren’t that much fish.

After a whole day walking and taking the bus in London, we have chosen to simply stay at the hotel to eat. This was a good choice. Michel opted for a typical English courts ‘Bangers and Mash’, mashed potatoes (with leeks), sausages and gravy. Personally I chose Italian Pasta with Meat Balls in Pomodori sauce. Across London, they’re too ‘flyer’, even for this restaurant. The menu looked good, so went we to lunch. Here we choose both for a ‘gourmet burgers’. A homemade hamburger with fries. It was a real quality burger.
