Prepare the noodles according pack instructions. Bake 1 diced chicken in hot oil brown. Add 1 thinly sliced red pepper and stir fry briefly. Add 1 tablespoon chilli jam, Chinese five spice powder and 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar and stir well. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 3 slices pineapple cut into pieces. Bring shortly to boil, add 1 tablespoon sugar and 3 sliced spring onions. Allow to simmer 10 minutes. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!

Make a marinade with garlic, oil, sweet soy sauce and tomato ketchup. Marinate 2 diced chicken breasts in it. Allow the chicken to marinate at least 12 hours. Wrap some chicken breast dices with smoked bacon and thread it over and over with pieces of red pepper and sliced red onion on a satay stick. Also make chicken kebabs skewers with left over cubes chicken breast (without the bacon), pepper and onion. Grill the chicken on the grill. Serve with fried rice or noodles, and also serve with peanut sauce. Enjoy!

Ingredients: spaghetti, 250 grams diced bacon, 1 chicken breast, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 1 small tin of carrots, 200 grams mushrooms, dash of red wine, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree, 1 stock cube

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Bake 250 grams diced bacon crisp in a hot frying pan. Remove the bacon from the pan and keep aside. Bake in the remaining fat 1 chopped onion, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 1 drained tin of carrots and 200 grams sliced mushrooms. Stir-fry until the mushrooms have softened. Add a splash of red wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 tin of tomato puree. Crumble a stock cube above. Bring the sauce to the boil and add the bacon cubes. Warm well. Serve with spaghetti and grated cheese. Enjoy!
