Ingredients: 2 ciabatini’s, 200 grams diced bacon, 300 grams curly kale, 1 garlic clove, salt, pepper, water,

Prepare the ciabatini’s in the oven following pack instructions. Bake in a hot frying pan 200 grams diced bacon crunchy. Scoop it from the pan. Bake at a lower heat, in the remaining fat 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 300 grams curly kale until the curly kale has shrunk slightly. Take a little water and bring to taste with salt and pepper. Let it cook gently for about 15 minutes. Add the diced bacon back into the pan and heat a bit more. Cut the ciabatini’s open and siege it with the curly kale. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 4 pita breads, 400 grams minced beef, mozzarella, 5 sundried tomatoes, 1 garlic clove, dried Italian herbs, salt, pepper, lettuce,

Heat 4 pita breads according pack instructions. Mix 400 grams minced beef with 1 mozzarella (torn into small pieces), 5 finely chopped sundried tomatoes, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, dried Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Make 4 burgers. Bake the burgers brown in hot butter. Add a little water and cook the burgers until done . Fill the pita breads with lettuce and then put the burgers on top of the lettuce. Serve with a salad. Enjoy!

Bake the 4 baguettes according pack instructions. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped red onion. Add 1 diced chicken breast and 75 grams diced ham. Bake the chicken breast brown. Add 1/2 red pepper cut into strips and fry it briefly. Finally, add 100 grams sliced mushrooms. Stir fry until the mushrooms are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the baguettes open and siege the baguettes with chicken breast and vegetables. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chives. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 3 ciabattini’s, 500 grams minced beef, 100 grams diced bacon, 1 tablespoon pesto, salt, pepper, 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, mozzarella, lettuce,

Bake 3 ciabattini’s according to the instructions on the package in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Mix 500 grams minced beef with 100 grams diced bacon, 1 tablespoon pesto, salt and pepper. Form 6 burgers from it. Bake in hot oil 2 thick-cut onion rings for 1 minute, then bake 2 thick sliced tomatoes 1 minute in the hot oil. Keep everything warm in the oven or under aluminum foil. Bake the burgers brown in the hot oil. Place the burgers on a baking tray. Put on every burger a slice of mozzarella. Put the baking tray in the oven and let the mozzarella melt. Siege the ciabattini with lettuce, tomato, onion, and the burgers. If you like serve with pesto mayonnaise. Enjoy!

Pitabread with Chicken Curry
Ingredients: 4 pitabreads, 1 chicken breast, salt, pepper, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 200 ml coconut milk, 1 tablespoon mild curry paste, ginger powder,

Bake 4 pitabreads according packinstructions. Bake in hot oil 1 diced chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper. If the chicken breast is golden brown, add 1 sliced onion and 1 sliced carrot. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Add 200 ml coconut milk, 1 tablespoon mild curry and ginger powder to taste. Bring briefly to the boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Fill the pitabreads with the chicken curry. Serve with a salad. Enjoy!

Ciabatta with Spinach and Pork Fillets
Ingredients: 200 grams of spinach, 2 tomatoes, 3 pork fillets, salt, pepper, ciabatta, basil, 4 slices cheddar cheese,

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees (hot air). Defrost 200 grams of spinach. Heat it 2 minutes on the highest stand in the microwave. Cut 2 tomatoes into slices and grill the tomato slices in a hot grilpan. Sprinkle 3 pork fillets with salt and pepper. Bake the pork fillets in the grilpan. Cut 1 ciabatta open. Siege 1 half with spinach, pork fillets, tomato slices and chopped basil. The other half is sieged with 4 slices cheddar cheese. Put the ciabatta about 6 to 8 minutes in the oven. With 1 ciabatta you have enough for 2 people. Enjoy!

Pita Breads with Pork Scallop Stripes
Nice and easy on the Friday night! Cut 2 pork scallops in strips and marinate them in a marinade of 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon cumin powder and 1 teaspoon koriander powder. Let it marinate for 15 minutes. Bake the pita breads according to the instructions on the package. Fry in the hot oil 1 finely chopped shallot until soft. Add the pork scallops strips and 1 finely chopped clove garlic, bring it on taste with salt and pepper. Fry the pork scallops to brown. Cut the pita breads open and fill them with lettuce. Put a few slices of tomato on the lettuce and fill it with the fried pork scallops. Personally, you can add some garlic sauce! Enjoy!
