Cook the rice according pack instructions in about 8 minutes. Bake 250 grams diced bacon with 1 chopped onion, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon chili jam until the bacon is almost crisp. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Finally, add 1 jar young peas and add 2 tablespoons apple spread. Heat through over medium heat 10 minutes well. Serve with rice.
