Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Bake 4 breaded cutlets brown. Cut the cutlets into pieces and place in a large baking dish.
Make the tomato sauce. Bake in hot butter 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Then add 2 diced tomatoes, fry briefly. Then add 25 ml red wine. Let the alcohol evaporate. Add 1 can diced tomatoes. Bring the tomato sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Let the tomato sauce simmer briefly. Puree the tomato sauce.
Spread the tomato sauce over the breaded cutlets. Put pieces of mozzarella on the cutlets and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven so the cheese and mozzarella can melt. Enjoy!
