Ingredients: 1 pork tenderloin, salt, pepper, 150 grams diced bacon, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 250 grams mushrooms, 1 small can peas,

Cut 1 pork tenderloin in half. Fold in the thinnest piece of tenderloin to the end, so that both pieces are of equal size. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry the tenderloin brown. Add 150 grams diced bacon. Turn the heat slightly and regularly turn the tenderloin over so the inside does not remain raw.
Bake in another pan 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Cook until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams mushrooms sliced into quarters. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Add 1 can drained peas and heat through thoroughly. Add at last the fried diced bacon.
Serve the tenderloin with the peas, mushrooms and bacon. We have eaten fried potato cubes with it. Enjoy!
