Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling water with a little salt. Bake 1 chopped onion with some thyme until the onion is soft. Remove the skin of 2 sausages and cut the sausages into pieces. Fry the sausage meat brown. Add 75 grams peas and 200 grams spinach (both from the freezer) and stir it until it thaws both. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree and 1 tablespoon sugar.
