Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Make a batter of 150 grams flour, 150 ml milk, 100 ml water, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons mustard and pinch of salt. Mix until smooth with a mixer. Leave the batter to rest. Remove the skin of 4 beef sausages. Wrap each sausage each with 2 slices bacon. Place the sausages in a baking dish. Pour the batter over the sausages. Place the baking dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
