Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 200 grams risotto, 1 liter chicken stock, 250 grams bacon, 1 leek, 250 grams mushrooms, 75 grams grated cheese,

Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 200 grams risotto rice and fry briefly. Gradually add 1 liter chicken stock and continue stirring occasionally.
Bake in another pan 250 grams bacon until almost crisp. Add 1 sliced leek and 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are soft.
When the risotto is cooked, add the bacon, leek and mushrooms along with 75 grams grated cheese to the risotto. Stir and let the cheese melt. Enjoy!
