Cook the tortellini al dente in boiling salted water. Drain the tortellini and rinse with cold water. Bake 50 grams hazelnuts in a hot pan. Keep turning regularly. Cut the sundried tomatoes into pieces. Wash and dry the lettuce. Mix al ingredients and serve. Enjoy!
