Boil 1 broccoli cut into florets until al dente. Let it cool and cut even finer. Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Cook 250 grams diced bacon with 1/2 chopped onion and 100 grams very finely grated carrot until the carrot and onion are soft. Add 250 ml cream. Bring to the boil.
