Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cook 1/2 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and thyme 50 grams grated carrot (finely grated). Cook until the onion is soft. Let it cool completely. Then mix it with 300 grams minced beef. Season with 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Then mix in the breadcrumbs. Divide the minced beef in 6 papers paper cupcake forms. Put these forms in a muffin tin, then it remains in better shape. Put a bit mashed potatoes on each meatball, just like the frosting on real cupcakes. Put the meatball cupcakes about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
