Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Make 5 or 6 notches per ciabatta. Cover the cuts with some tomato sauce. Put in each cut a half slice of salami and a basil leaf. Place the ciabattas on a piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle grated cheese on the ciabattas. Fold the aluminum foil. Place the “aluminum packets” about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Please carefully open the packets, it may be hot! Serve with a fresh salad. Enjoy!
