Number of Meatballs: 6
Mix 500 grams minced beef with 1 egg, 1 teaspoon curry powder 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, breadcrumbs (as much as needed), salt and pepper. Make it 6 balls of it. Wrap each meatball with 2 slices bacon. Bake the meatballs around brown in hot butter. Put the lid on the pan and leave it in about 25 minutes until done. Remove the meatballs from the pan and keep them a bit warm on a covered plate. Add 300 ml stock and 1 tablespoon mustard to the gravy. Bring to a boil while stirring and let the sauce thicken slightly. Serve the meatballs with the mustard sauce. Enjoy!
