Cook the rice according to pack instructions. Cook 1 cauliflower, cut into florets, until al dente. Drain and let it cool. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 1 teaspoon chili jam until the onion is soft. Add 1 diced chicken breast. Fry the chicken breast brown. Add the cauliflower florets with 3 sliced spring onions and 125 grams bean sprouts. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes on high heat. Add 200 ml water, 1 tablespoon sugar and 4 tablespoons oyster sauce.
