Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Bake 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, thyme and rosemary until onions are soft. Let the onion cool. Mix 600 grams minced beef with the cooled onion, 2 egg yolks, breadcrumbs and nutmeg. Form the minced beef into a kind of bread form. Put the minced beef in a cake tin lined with baking paper. Turn the cake tin about 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius. Then turn the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Leave the meatloaf for another 20 minutes in the oven until done.

Bake 400 grams sliced mushrooms with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves until the mushrooms are soft. Add 1 tablespoon flour and cook briefly. Gradually add 400 ml beef stock (made from 1 crumbled stock cube). Let the sauce cook a bit. Add 100 ml cream. Heat through thoroughly and season to taste with tarragon. Enjoy!
