Cook the rice according to the directions on the package and let it cool. Beat 1 egg and mix with the rice. Bake 250 grams diced bacon with 2 chopped onions, 3 chopped garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon chili jam until the onion is soft. Add the spices (coriander, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg), stir a while.
