Cook the rice according pack instructions. Drain the rice and stir in 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Let the rice cool. Bake 1 chopped onion with 3 cloves minced garlic and 1 teaspoon galangal until the onion is soft. Add 1 diced chicken breast. Stir-fry until the chicken breast is brown. Add 1 diced red pepper. Fry briefly. Then add 1 sliced leeks and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add the rice with half crumbled stock cube and 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce. Heat through high heat well. Enjoy!
