Mix 250 grams minced beef with 1 tablespoon Thai stir-fry paste and onion powder, garlic powder and coriander to taste. Make four burgers of it. Bake the burgers on both sides brown. Meanwhile, mix 150 ml yoghurt with 3 sliced spring onions, 1 diced tomato (deseeded) and coriander. Bake the naan bread about 1 minute per side in a hot frying pan without butter. Serve the Thai burgers with naan bread and yogurt sauce. Enjoy!
