Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 1 chopped onion, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 150 grams minced beef. Fry the minced beef brown and loose. Add carrots 1 jar (drained) and 150 grams of peas. Fry briefly. Add a dash of red wine. Let the alcohol evaporate. Add 500 ml sieved tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and a little sweet soy sauce. Add at last fresh basil. Serve with spaghetti. Enjoy!
