Make a dough 425 grams flour, 200 grams butter, oregano to taste, 2 eggs and a little salt. Knead to a cohesive dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Roll a flat dough of it and place it on a greased baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Fry 2 sliced leeks and 400 grams sliced mushrooms until the leeks and mushrooms are soft. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Let it cool slightly. Meanwhile, mix 125 ml cream and 100 grams cream cheese until almost smooth. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Divide the leeks and mushrooms over the dough.
