Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius. Bake 250 grams diced bacon until almost crisp. Add 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and thyme and cook until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams minced beef. Fry the minced beef and brown. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and carrots 1 jar (drained) to. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well. Allow to simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the cheese sauce. Melt the cheese sauce 50 grams of butter. Add melted butter and the flour is 50 grams. Fry the flour briefly. Remove the pan from the heat. Add while stirring about 500 ml milk. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and 1 teaspoon mustard. Stir when the sauce has the desired thickness about 100 grams grated cheese (or more) through.
Place in single layer trays alternately a tomato sauce, lasagne sheets, tomato sauce and (possibly cheese sauce), finish with a layer of cheese sauce. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese over it. Place the ramekins about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
