Wok 300 grams spinach until wilted in hot oil. Let the spinach cool and then chop finely. Cook the ravioli al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add the chopped spinach with 1 can diced tomatoes. Warm it well. Season with 1 tablespoon sugar and a pinch of salt. Enjoy!
