Cook the rice according pack instructions. Let the rice cool. Bake 150 grams diced bacon with 2 chopped onions, 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chili jam and 1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste until the onions are soft. Add coriander, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg to taste, fry briefly. Add 1 sliced leek, fry briefly. Add the cold rice and stir well. Warm well. Serve with chicken satay. Enjoy!
