Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake 1 chopped onion with some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 150 grams of peas (frozen) and 1 can diced tomatoes. Heat through about 5 minutes. Season with a little salt.
Apply a cupcakeblik with oil. Cut the croissant dough loose and cut each piece in half so you have 12 pieces of croissant dough. Fill the cupcake tin with croissant dough, so that each “cupcake form ‘is well coated. Lay on the floor each half a slice of salami. Then fill with the peas-tomato sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese over last.
Put it cupcake tin about 15 minutes in the oven. Remove the pizza cupcakes out of the tin. Enjoy!
