Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 1 diced zucchini and 100 grams snow peas. Bake for about 10 minutes more over medium-low heat. Add 2 tablespoons of pesto and stir well. Warm well. Serve the vegetables with the macaroni. Enjoy!
