Mix 500 grams minced beef with 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and breadcrumbs. Turn about 24 meatballs of it. Place the meatballs in the fridge for an hour. Fry the meatballs brown in hot butter. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water until al dente. Bake in hot butter 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams halved cherry tomatoes and fry briefly. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree and 1 tablespoon pesto. Stir. Bring the sauce to taste 2 tablespoons sugar and salt. Allow the sauce to simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
