Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake 1 roulade around brown in hot butter. Place the roulade in a baking dish. Put the baking dish with the roulade about 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
For the sort of stroganoff sauce fry in the butter of the roulade 1 chopped onion until soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms in. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Add 2 sliced spring onions and fry briefly. Add 150 ml cream and 1/2 tin of tomato puree. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Serve the roulade into slices with the kind of stroganoff sauce. Enjoy!
