Sprinkle with salt and pepper 2 hamlapjes. Bake pork chops brown on both sides. Remove the pork chops from the pan and keep the pork chops separately. Bake in the remaining butter 1 finely chopped onion with some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 2 tablespoons English marmalade, 1 tablespoon mustard and 300 ml chicken stock. Stir the marmalade and mustard loose while gently boiling. Put the pork chops about 5 mins in the pan. Enjoy!
