Mix 100 grams of flour, 200 ml milk, 1 egg, salt, pepper and a little garlic powder until smooth. Preheat the fryer to 170 degrees (or heat oil in a wok as we have done). Remove the plaice fillets into the batter and fry the fillets about 4 minutes in the hot oil. Turn halfway. Let the baked place drain a little on kitchen paper.
