Cook the noodles according to pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 1 teaspoon chili jam in hot oil. Cook until the onion is soft. Add 1 sliced red pepper and 1 sliced leek. Bake on high heat for a few minutes. Meanwhile, pour the noodles and add along with the bean sprouts, 3 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of honey to the pepper-leek mixture. Heat on high heat well. Enjoy!
