Sprinkle 2 steaks with salt and pepper. Fry the steaks brown on both sides until you have the doneness you want. Remove the steaks from the pan and keep it still warm under aluminum foil. Bake in the remaining butter 1 chopped onion until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are tender. Add 1 small can tomato cream soup and 1/2 tablespoon mustard. Let the tomato cream soup slightly thicken. Add at last 1 handful raisins. Serve the steaks with stroganoff sauce. Enjoy!
