Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Cook the gnocchi cooked in boiling salted water according pack instructions. Bake 1 sliced leek with 1 finely chopped garlic clove until the leek is soft. Add 500 ml sieved tomatoes and 2 tablespoons pesto. Heat through, stirring well. Drain the gnocchi, and divide into 2 single baking dishes, spread the tomato pesto sauce over and finally the mozzarella and grated cheese. Put the baking dishes about 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
